The biggest loss from the old Star Wars Extended Universe becoming non-canon is that we lost Atton Rand, a character who canonically thinks about fucking all the time so Jedi will stop reading his mind.
And not only that, but he was SO GOOD at keeping Jedi from reading his mind that the Sith hired him to be on their Special Jedi Killer team. And it was all because he was thinking about fucking all the time and the Jedi would read his mind and go “ew, what’s this guy’s problem” and just ignore him.
